Obesity is a condition in which a person suffers from a chronic state of being overweight. Today lots of people suffer from the problem of obesity. It is categorized as a life threatening condition as it give rise to different types of health risks like diabetes, heart problems, strokes, certain kinds of cancer etc. It is the general belief of the people that the best way to lose weight was to cut your diet for few days then again follow your daily routine. Some people follow the theory that in order to reduce weight, we must start to live on fruits and vegetables and also avoid taking fats.
