Your Health is Worth the Price of a Personal Trainer

America is getting fat. Statistically speaking, 64.5 percent of Americans aged 20 and above are currently overweight, and 30.5 percent are obese. These percentages are vastly higher than years passed. Many people have obesity related health problems and diseases such as type two diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and many others.
