Childhood obesity has become a serious concern in recent years, with some alarming reports about how it is significantly affecting the health of our children. Obesity has been recognised as a vital public health issue due to its rising occurrence in children with the subject never being far from the headlines.
The excess body fat can be avoided by reducing the intake of high fat and sugary snacks and increasing the intake of fruits and vegetables.
