[WATCH]: CWOD #13: HOME FAT BLASTER Workout! HIIT Workout- Clifta Perez
This Workout is my CWOD #13 and is a Whole Body FAT BLASTER Workout. It is like a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workout. I made it so it will spike your heart rate after each round... and then allowing rest time of 1-3 minutes so your heart rate to come back down, so you're ready to go again. You will burn calories for a long time after this workout. :) Every week Clifta Perez will give you 1-2 new CWODs (Clifta's Workout of Day) plus 1-2 extra videos. Remember to keep track of your workouts, reps and weight, so you can focus on getting stronger and making sure you are pushing and challenging yourself for each workout.
