Emotional Problems and Obesity

Causes of obesity Overeating is a major and obvious problem, but it is just one of the factors that contribute to obesity. Another factor relates to children suffering from emotional problems such as depression and anxieties. The first reaction would be to jump to the conclusion that they would eat less at that time, but in most cases people eat more. Food becomes a source of comfort, when many people experience problems. This also occurs to college students who become overly anxious about the volume of work, and pressure that college life creates, especially being away from home.
