The Office of the US Surgeon General has ranked the United States as the most overweight country in the world. Though we top the planet, that is not an award we wish to have. Overweight is often a killer. It's defined as simply having as well a great deal of extra fat. Keep in mind that being overweight and being seriously obese isn't the same thing. An individual who's a great deal overweight; somebody who's obese not only weighs a lot, but has stored a big amount of extra fat. This extra fat seriously isn't digested or metabolized.
