Obesity: A Link To Diabetes
Health experts clearly recognize that many of the diseases today are caused by overweight: 1.Change your eating habits - eating healthy and eating right is the major key here. Avoid fast food and drink something more healthful then soda as much as possible as these foods contain un-needed calories and other unhealthy compounds which are not good for your body. Be conscious of the foods which you take into your body.
