Most OB/GYN clinic to educate them regarding an adequate caloric intake and appropriate exercise regimen. Compelling evidence suggests that breastfeeding, in addition to more commonly known health benefits, protects babies against obesity during childhood. Because of this, healthcare providers should encourage mothers-to-be of every age and weight to exclusively breastfeed their infants for at least six months.
