The obesity epidemic continues apace. The human race is getting larger every year. We are aware of it - at any one time over a third of us will be on a diet – however, whilst many of us will lose weight in the short-term, we can't seem to keep it off.
The fanastic news is that yesterday a major research study was published which claims to have found the magic formula for dealing with obesity.
The study was the world's largest ever piece of research into preventing and treating obesity called Diogenes. It was headed up by researchers at the Faculty of Life Sciences at the University of Copenhagen and conducted across eight different European research centres.
