How to avoid heart attacks

Heart attack – everyone around the globe including children are very familiar with this word. Heart attack indeed, is a very common word. It has become so popular that it has been included in the daily vocabulary of the public. This is because of the people it kills all over the world and is notoriously known for being one of the leading causes of death. The reason why it kills people with such efficiency is that it sneaks up on them; it starts out as a common flue which is not considered to be cause of concern by anyone and then develops into a gigantic problem which is extremely difficult to control.
