Sleep Apnea and it's relationship with obesity
Sleep apnea is the condition for where there are pauses in respiration during sleep. These are defined by medical terminology when a person actually stops breathing. There are two types of apneas Central and Obstructive. This is a common problem among the morbidly obese which necessitates them to put on an oxygen mask so they can breathe since that is due in part to their body weight bearing down on their chest crushing their rib cage and lungs.According to medical reviews the population in danger are obese middle-aged males since physiology doesn't make women potential victims of sleep apnea. The problem is that people who do go to sleep attributable to sleep apnea will undergo temporary intervals where people think they are not
