What is Parkour? At the 3DFitKids laboratory we find it extremely useful and vital to see what happens when you take the stabilisers off! After weeks having fun learning skills, breaking them down with drills in the safety of my backyard. This is what happens when you put those skills in the hands of 3DFitKids! No script!
