The major problem people suffer now a days is Obesity. Obesity is a term that can be define as an excess proportion of total body fat. When the weight of the person is 20% oe more tahn above the normal weight in that case a person is called as obese. Body mass index or BMI is the most common measure of obesity. If the BMI of the person is between 25 and 29. in that case a person is considered to overweight and and if BMI is over 30 a person is considered obese.Morbid obesity means that a person is either 50%-100% over normal weight, more than 100 pounds over normal weight, has a BMI of 40 or higher, or is sufficiently overweight to severely interfere with health or normal function.
