[WATCH]: Rehoboth Beach's First Ever Flash Mob.m4v
Crossfit Lewes of Lewes, DE put together a Flash Mob WOD to show their support for Shape Up America and to encourage everyone to get active and stamp out childhood obesity. Watch as they share their workout with the the entire boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. Schell Brothers employee also participated in the Flash Mob. Thanks to the Schell film crew for making this video
