[WATCH]: Surge Exercise Instruction for Grade School Students
A demonstration of surge exercises that can be performed for grade school children and led by the teachers. Minimal space is required - this can be performed in the classroom next to their desks. All exercises for kids can be done in 15-30 second intervals with equal rest intervals. This is an effective strategy to add more physical activity within our school curriculum without compromising the academic schedule. This results in improved academic performance and attention to classroom instruction Suggested number of exercises: 2-3 Frequency of Surge: 2x daily, first task in the AM and after lunch/recess For more information visit maximizedlivingdrmaxwell.com
