Why sport is healthy for our children

The importance of sports for children is massive. In fact I think it is even bigger than that.Here are four points where children playing sports is very much needed.
1. For the childs health. A good attitude towards sports and exercise from a young age, can be pivotal for them having a healthy and positive view of exercise when they are older. Also child obesity seems to be growing rapidly. So children are getting sick well before their time, due to a lack of exercise.
