The simple view of the cause and effects of obesity would be that over eating and not enough exercise are the main reasons why people become obese. Because everyone is responsible for what they put in there mouth and the amount of exercise they do right? With will power you can just no when you are offered the super size instead of large, unfortunatley it is not as easy as this because there is more sinister reasons why we are on the verge of an obesity epidemic.
So do we really know what we are eating? Do we know what all the long words and numbers are on our food labels? They tell us to avoid saturated fat but what about monounsaturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, and hydrogenated fats are they good or bad for us? And
