According to the latest results in health studies, childhood obesity is at an all time high; at Art of Strength Play Out Loud is our answer to teaching children of all ages how to start a healthy workout regimen and make it fun. When children start working out at a young age, they form a good habit that lasts lifelong, promotes healthy eating, and the skill to create and maintain fitness routines.
