[WATCH]: Study: Three Routines Can Cut Kids' Risk of Obesity

A new study outlines, for the first time, three household routines that can dramatically reduce the risk of obesity in kids. Results from the study of more than 8000 US preschoolers show that sitting down to dinner on a regular basis, limiting TV time and getting plenty of sleep can dramatically slash a childs risk for becoming obese. The study appears online and is scheduled for publication in the March issue of the journal
