[WATCH]: No Crunch Abs At Home

www.annesamoilov.com Here's a quick pilates abs routine I posted on my site dedicated to workouts you can do at home! You can do this 3 times a week to help get rid of your love handles and/or muffin top. Remember that pilates combined with healthy, clean eating is the way to see your results. If you do these exercises, you will notice your abs do get stronger within a few weeks...however, you might only SEE the changes if you adjust your diet! As always, please consult your doctor before doing these exercises as they are not modified for every body type and issue.
