[WATCH]: Kid Taken From Parents For Being Too Fat!?!

An eight year old boy in Ohio is fat. But not just fat, the poor kid is really obese, weighing in at a whopping 200 pounds. So, for the first time in the history of the state, the Department of Children and Family Services took a child from his parents, insisting that he was being neglected because his mother was clearly not following doctor's orders to control his weight. The family's lawyer disagreed claiming that the state overstepped its bounds and that his weight does not pose and imminent risk to his well being. Hmm, well, if the kid is extremely obese at 8, then he's at imminent risk of getting diabetes--so the lawyer is pretty much full of it.
