There are many activities you can do do stay active such as basketball, football, baseball, soccer, etc. America needs to be more active to reduce childhood obesity. Staying active is saying to do more physical activities and get out of the house. It is good to exercise frequently and eat less junk food all day. People should limit their screen time and get outside. Childhood obesity is very effective in many ways and could possibly kill you. We made a video to show how fun staying active can be and also what not to do.
