[WATCH]: Anterolateral Supraglottoplasty Epiglottoplasty for Laryngomalacia 2
This is a video of surgery performed on a morbidly obese female with secondary hypoventilation and severe obstructive sleep apnea. She went through multiple operations to restore normal laryngeal function. She is one of the few patients who needed, in my opinion, a tracheotomy to secure her airway ahead of a lot of her surgery.
