[WATCH]: The Voices In My Head

This is a short from the heart video about weight loss, and the struggle to overcome my obesity. It is about the voices that have stuck in my mind from the past, that have converged together collectively in my mind and has lead me to finally lose weight and do something about my obesity problem, which caused me to having a stroke two years ago. It includes bits and pieces of some good advice I have been given by others. They are the voices in my head.
