Transparent moment : I think more of the reason I want this weight gone is as I discussed with my therapist is that I have not accepted this life as being overweight. I am strong and I don't need Lauren(that's what I named my fat suit) protecting me anymore. I was not a overweight child or teenager so I have not been big all of my life.
