Ms. Hardy our Physical Education Teacher has always been a believer in getting her students to eat more healthy, so it is with no surprise that she would recommended that we make this video for the, Pour One Out video contest. Ms. Hardy feels that by encouraging her students to eat healthier today will help reduce their chances of suffering from obesity, diabetes, heart disease, as well as other weight related illnesses in the future.
