[WATCH]: Antishay 3 - Goodbye Diet Soda & new healthy snacking plan

This week (week 3/52) I had NO diet soda :D After 2 weeks of whittling down my habit from about 2 Diet Coke's per day, I just completed one week completely without. Feeling proud! This week I'm going to really work on my snacking by following the rule that I can only snack when I'm hungry enough to snack on fruit or vegetables.
