Obesity - Is It Totally Out Of Control?

Statistics prove that as we get older, obesity becomes more of a problem. People around the world between the ages of 16-24, are about 27% obese, while people between 55-64 have an average of 73% being obese. Over 50 Million Americans are now overweight with nearly 40 million of these being obese.

Obesity actually contributes to diseases such as cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, diabetes, mental illnesses, organ failure and a lot more. Never before have so many people been obese and unless we work together to change this, things are going to get really bad.
