Every year, the number of obese people is increasing rapidly. It's quite alarming for those individual who knows that obesity is a serious health risk and can be dangerous if not treated. There are many factors that contribute to such condition, but sedentary lifestyle, genetics and family history are considered to be major factors that lead to this health condition.
