[WATCH]: HIGH AS A KITE CAT!!!!!

My morbidly obese cat had dental work done today and the vet gave him way too much anesthesia so when I got him home he was just running around the house like this for hours. He's still high as a kite and he's been out of surgery eight hours. Way to go doc.
