Forward thinking companies try to stay ahead of the negative curves affecting their businesses internally and externally. They try to do more with less in any way imaginable, to sustain or sure-up the bottom line this is especially true when it comes to trimming the costs of their most important asset, their workforce. However, this trend of stretching each corporate dollar could eventually add to their labor costs, if not in the short term but definitely in the long run.
