[WATCH]: Day 5 - Intermittent Liquid Diet (May 22, 2012)

I don't know why I put bungalows on the video, must've been half asleep or something, lol Let me explain what I was doing even tho I sense hardly anyone will read this anyway. But I did a 3 day water fast with chewing gum in that I lost 7.6lbs. So if you're about 270, you will probably lose the same amt. I did not exercise until today, the 5th day.. I came off on the 4th day to fat load and eat what I wanted. I ended up gaining less than 1/2lb amazing huh? Water fast day one: 272.2 day two: 268.6 day three: 266.4 day four: 264.6 day 5(today): 265 So yeah only gained 1/2 lb and the day I came off, I ate what I wanted to.
