Weight Loss
The term Obesity means to have too much body fat. Thisis different from overweight, which means just weighing too much. The weight maybe due to muscle, bone, fat and/or body water. But both mean that a person\'s weight is more than what\'s considered healthy for his or her height.Obesity occurs due to the fact that you eat more calories than you use. The balance between calories-in and calories-out differs from person to person. Reasons that might tip the balance include your genetic make, overeating, eating high-fat food stuff and being physically inactive. Being obese can increase your risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, arthritis and some cancers.Loss of even 5 to 10 percent of weight can delay or prevent a few of these
