Obesity is the most common nutrition associated health problem in the world that impacts more than 60% of all adults. Out of those over 20% are considered obese and are prone to an early death.

Uncontrolled obesity is linked to critical health conditions including coronary heart illness, stroke, hypertension, excessive cholesterol, diabetes and many others. It too results in bodily issues such as shortness of breath, pores and skin chafing and limited mobility.
