Is Your Dog Obese?

You love your dog and your dog loves to eat. Many dog owners reward their pets with treats and food. That is why it is believed that over half of all dogs in the United States are considered overweight. Overweight is defined as you dog's weight being over 15% higher than what is considered optimal for their breed's weight. If you look around at people's dogs today, it is safe to say a lot of them are more than 15 percent and probably obese.
