Sup YouTube? Instead of a hearty midnight snack as a reward at the end of a week or month of dieting, this is just a light and healthy meal in the middle of the diet. It is the first time I made it, and I literally just grabbed a few cans of vegetables out of my cupboard and a few other items, so it is very easy to make. All you need is 1 regular can each of diced tomatoes and carrots, and a large can of beans, some corn tortillas, and some seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, onion powder and Italian Seasoning). This is an excellent way to rid yourself of meat, pasta and bread for a few meals in order to successfully trim a few calories and unwanted weight that comes from these notoriously bad influences on your waist. you
