You Can Always Weight Until Tomorrow to Go on a Diet!

Most people know the risk of being obese or overweight. And most people should know if they fall into that category. So why don't we do something about it? Denial? Fear? I like food too much? Those are just excuses they are not legitimate answers. Admitting that you are overweight is the answer.

There are methods used to determine if you are overweight . The most common method is your BMI ( body mass index) which is a calculation of your height , weight, and gender. A healthy BMI is in the range of 18.5 and 24.9. For example purposes a male weighing 195 pounds and being 5”11” tall would have a BMI of 27.2. This would indicate a high health risk . A BMI of under 18.5 would indicate a need to gain weight, BMI of over 30
