According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), obesity in adults has increased by 60% within the past twenty years and obesity in children has tripled in the past thirty years.Some diseases which are related to overweight/obesity are cancer, stroke, diabetes, heart diseases, arthritis and hypertension (high blood pressure).If we take care of our diet as in the amounts of food and read on labels the nutritional values of food then that goes a long way to help us lose those unwanted lbs and help us lead a better lifestyle.Losing weight quickly is not recommended and going on these quick weight loss diets is not the answer. You may find you lose the weight quickly only to find that you will put it on twice
