[WATCH]: Father son Chest workout,

Ok this was just a test, my son is allways trying to beat me at something, i think he won this one! lol, but just stay busy in the gym , i will not and will never workout like anybody else, why mess with something if it workss? meanwhile im trying my best to keep my kids in shape, but im dealing with a hard headed grandmother that thinks treats equal love, not in this day and age, it mean that your going to have fat kids, and i dont know any parents that want a fat child, .listen kids dont have bank cards, they dont have store credit, if you have a fat child its because you allowed them to be fat, all this game stuff texting, kids dont even look up any more we have fat kids with strong thumbs...! lol get them to do something, if not
